The Chelsea is a renovation and adaptive reuse project that transformed the former 1886 Knutson historic condensed milk factory into 18 high-end apartments.  Select Structural conducted a structural analysis of the existing three-story masonry, timber, and steel structure.  After the initial assessment, Select Structural continued to provide structural design services for the replacement of roof and floor systems, rehabilitation of structural brick and limestone walls, and new foundations for exterior ramps and stairs.  Construction was completed in 2017.
