The LMC Building is a 32,000 square foot mixed-use building with two floors of residential units above ground floor commercial space and underground parking.  Select Structural provided architectural design and structural engineering services for this steel and wood framed building.  The building includes glass curtain walls with stone and Hardie Board exterior materials.  This project was completed in 2016.
