The Metropolitan is a high end residential mixed-use building overlooking the Cedar River in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  Completed in 2016, Select Structural provided structural engineering and construction administration services for this six-story approximately 63,000 square foot building.  The structure includes concrete foundations, steel columns and floor trusses, and metal stud framing.
