The Northside Commons is a commercial and residential mixed-use building in Iowa City, Iowa.  Completed in 2014, Select Structural provided structural engineering services for this three-story approximately 19,900 square foot building.  The structure includes concrete foundations, steel columns and beams, brick exterior wall veneer with ground floor storefront system, and wood framing.
