Select Structural provided structural engineering services to transform a former 33,800 square foot warehouse building into a contemporary worship facility.  Design details included retrofitting a new stage area and relocating structural elements to create a clear floor space and skylights.  Large storefront windows were cut into the exterior CMU walls to establish a better street presence and connection to the interior space.  Work was completed in 2017.
